Less than 1% of
Australians retire early

Property investing is the safest and most effective way of building wealth while creating an ideal retirement scenario. Whether you are new to investing or an established family seeking future financial security, everyone can benefit from having a retirement strategy in place. Our team will review your current situation and create a tailored investment plan to help you retire sooner and with greater comfort.

How can we help?

Over the last decade we have helped thousands of Australians begin their property investment journey. Many of whom are now feeling the effects of what a passive income means to achieving a comfortable and secure retirement. You may already have an idea of what retirement means for you, but without a set plan or strategy in place, the lifestyle you hope for might not be attainable. Unfortunately 80% of Australians who don’t plan their retirement could end up becoming reliant on pension funds later in life. Together, we will show you how you can guarantee your ideal retirement lifestyle through the means of safe and responsible property investing. It is never too early to begin planning.

Who do we help?

We help everyday Australians and busy, time-poor professionals select high performance properties through our property market research and negotiation. The Budget Planner calculator assumes the income amounts are all net of any tax liability.

The Income Tax calculator rates are obtained from the Australian Tax Office’s “Schedule 1 Pay as you go (PAYG) withhold – Statement for of formulas for calculating amounts to be withheld” where the user has claimed the tax-free threshold with or without leave loading and have provided their TFN. It incorporates the Medicare Levy.
